Chinese Ministry of External Affairs Wang Xi: ‘a (military) conflict could break out at any moment’

The Chinese Ministry of External Affairs Wang Xi believes the risk of triggering a war in North Korea might turn into a reality any minute.

He also mentioned that from a conflict of such magnitude no one will become a ‘winner’, informs France 24.

‘If a war will unfold, the result will turn into a situation in which everyone will lose and no one will become a winner’, declared Xi during the press conference with his French counterpart Jean-Marc Ayrault.

Moreover, the Chinese diplomat believes the country responsible of initiating a military conflict will also be forced to assume the historical responsibility and to pay the price.

‘The dialogue is the only possible solution’, added the minister.

These declarations were made shortly after Donald Trump warned about a military intervention in North Korea as an attempt to limit the ballistic and nuclear capacities of the communist government ruled by Kim Jong-Un.

‘I really believe China will find a proper approach towards North Korea’, transmitted Donald Trump on Thursday morning.

‘In case China will fail to do this, the United States and its allies will intervene’, added the American president.

The tensions amplified in Pyongyang, where Kim Jong-Un is constantly organizing nuclear tests, defying every single warning.

The North-Korean government announced their plan to fight back if the Americans will manifest any sign of aggression.

Meanwhile, in order to perform his next nuclear test in peace, Kim Jong-Un ordered the evacuation of 600.000 Pyongyang residents.
