The Vice President has got himself in some trouble.
According to public records, Mike Pence used an AOL email when he was the Governor of Indiana. He used the private account in State Business.
His account got hacked. Emails were sent and money were asked from the ones in Pence’s list.
The former governor used to communicate with advisers about various matters, including the security of Indiana.
A newspaper from Indiana obtained about 29 pages about his email records. The one that gave them these records is the current governor of the state.
According to a law of the state, officials can use private accounts.
Pence’s account was hacked almost a year ago. Everything became pubic when the people from his list received some weird emails: Pence and his wife are in Philippine with no money and they need help fast.
This sparked a lot of controversy and his haters could not be more excited. This is probably the last thing the White House needed right now: another controversy.
Last year, when Hillary Clinton went though a similar situation, she was harshly judged. Republicans were the ones that lashed out at her. This even costed her the elections.
Clinton, just like the Vice President, used a private email to take care of her official issues. Indeed, her system was compromised.
Mike Pence was her bigger critic. He harshly judged her. Now, when he is going thorough a similar thing, he thinks he is not as guilty.
A picture captures Hilary in the exact moment she reads about Pence’s email hack in a newspaper. The photo made it online.
