A group of scientists from a university from Sweden created something that seems almost too good to be true.

They created a rose that can be used to create computer systems.

What they did is inject a fluid in the flower. The fluid is a special one that is electrically conductive. When it reaches the plant, it spreads through it and allows it to grow.

The solution they used is entitled ETE-S. This creates some kind of ‘wires’ through the plant. The plant itself and its processes help this thing work.

Without disrupting the normal processes that occur in the rose, the circuits start functioning.

A couple of years ago, the same team came up with a similar product. The difference is that this one is way more advanced. Then, the liquid they used didn’t spread around by itself, but had to be done by the scientists by hand. The process was much difficult and took way more time.

Their latest plan was more efficient. In just two hours, the circuit already spread around by itself.

The author of the study said that they managed to charge the plant numerous times and the device continued to perform great always.

Also, this device stores a lot of energy. It is basically like a capacitor. This device could enable the development of other groundbreaking circuits.

The rose eventually died as it is a plant after all. The next thing they will try to do is inject the liquid in an actually living one.

Although it might sound weird for some, this discovery is a major one. No one thought this could ever happen, but here it is.
