Rihanna, to star in music movie streamed on Amazon

According to rumors, Rihanna is going to star in a music movie that will be streamed by Amazon. The Barbadian beauty is going to be joined by several other celebrities.

The project is directed by Leos Carax, a very popular filmmaker from France. Amazon Studios supported the project immediately, as it is going to be a huge thing for their streaming service.

Rihanna will star along Adam Driver, who played in movies like “The Force Awakens” and in hit-show, “Girls”. He is also set to star in the upcoming ‘Star Wars’ movie, that will be filmed later this year.

The film will be entitled “Annette”. Rihanna was picked up after a major actress canceled her appearance.

Rooney Mara was the first choice for the lead role, but as she is now involved in other projects, she had to drop out of it.

The film was written by Russell and Ron Mae, who have been collaborating for years. The two are, also, going to write the music. At the beginning of the ‘70s, these two formed a rock group entitled ‘Sparks’.

Other information about the production is not available. The shooting will start this spring.

There is a huge chance that Rihanna will star in it, as music is a major component.

Recently, Rihanna kicked off her acting career. The singer stars in a major movie along with some of the most popular actresses in Hollywood. The film is entitled ‘Ocean’s 8’ and features Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett amongst others.

She will also star in a series, “Bates Motel”, which premieres on A&E. Riri will do another movie this year, this time a sci-fi.
