He is in trouble… again

The American comedian is not the center of a new scandal, this time generated by one of his fans.

Kevin Hart is sued by a fan who claims he was beaten up by his guard.

Jay Collins filed the lawsuit against the actor for an incident that took place on 19th August 2015.

According to TMZ, the fan testified he had been invited to one of Kevin’s stand-up shows in Philadelphia.

However, instead of laughing and having the time of his life, Jay was humiliated and assaulted by one of the security guards.

“I was assaulted and detained by the security guards”, revealed the man.

However, the complaint is not motivated by a reason and the fan complains he was both physically and verbally abused without mentioning why.

Moreover, after they humiliated him, the guards apparently laid the man on the ground and started to repeatedly hit and verbally abuse him.

In order to overlook the trauma, the man is demanding $50.000 in punitive damage.

He claims the amount will do for the treatment he was required to follow.

According to Forbes, $50.000 is not exactly a loss for Kevin Hart who has a fortune of $32.5 million, but in order for him to get the money, the story must be proved.
