China: the security staff discovered two human arms in this man’s luggage

The security staff of a bus terminal in China has made a macabre discovery after verifying a man’s luggage.

Apparently, the man was carrying two human arms in his suitcase.

Following the discovery, the man was detained, and when he offered the most astonishing explanation to the authorities, reported the South China Morning Post.

The man was in Guizhou when his suitcase was scanned by the security agents. As soon as they saw the two arms, the officers called the police and the Chinese was arrested.

For those who are not familiar with certain Chinese traditions, the man’s brother had recently lost his arms during an accident.

Following the death of his sibling, his relatives asked him to carry his brother’s arms in order to be attached again at his funeral, as the Chinese tradition requires.

The authorities verified the man’s statements, which proved to be true. However, he still risks a penalty, because such actions are illegal, even with a special permit.

Now, the man is forced to find another way to transport his brother’s arms.
