The singer has recently disappeared from the public eye but this is about to change because Taylor Swift’s aggression trial has officially started yesterday

According to a tabloid, the first hearing took place yesterday in the company of the jurors and today lawyers are about to file the declarations.

If you did not know about this, the artist sued David Mueller in October 2015 because the DJ has allegedly attempted to grope her and he even placed his hand under her dress during a photo shoot, right before a concert.

According to the complaint made by Taylor, she became forced to perform in that concert for more than an hour.

However, in September 2015, the DJ also sued Taylor because, according to him, it was the singer and her team’s fault that he ended up losing his job and he definitely didn’t flirt with her.

David Mueller accuses the artist’s team of calling his boss to require his dismissal without hearing his side of the story.

Among the samples to be analyzed, there is an image that belongs to TMZ. It seems that this photo shows that David Mueller’s hand is placed on Taylor back side, but it does not really show if he was actually groping her.

According to the DJ’s team, his hand is there just because he actually wanted to photo bomb Taylor shot.

Taylor Swift demands $1 million worth of damage (while David Mueller is asking for $3 million) and that’s because she thinks that if the verdict will be in her favor this will represent a victory for all women.

The trial unfolds in Denver and it will last for nine years.
