This was Jeremy Meeks’s (33), the blue-eyed offender who conquered not only the hearts of women but also the industry’s most notorious designers

Named the world’s sexiest offender, Jeremy Meeks became famous in 2014 after being arrested for weapon possession and disorderly conduct in Stockton, a small town near San Francisco.

Policemen then published a Facebook photo with the young fellow and in less than 24 hours, the post had already 75.000 likes, 20.000 comments, and over 10.000 shares.

Two days later, the bail went up to 780.000 pounds, so his mother, Katherine Angier, created a page on the GoFundMe website to raise money to release him on a bail.

Although she didn’t gather a lot of money, hundreds of modeling agencies invaded the page with contract offers.

The model executed its sentence, and in March 2016, after two years of detention, he was released.

His Instagram account was being followed by more than one million people, he moved into a villa and bought himself a 150.000 euros car.

He signed a contract with a modeling agency, and earlier this year, he made his debut in the industry at Philip Plein’s fashion show at New York Fashion Week.

Madonna and Kylie Jenner couldn’t take his eyed off him and he quickly became a good friend with Carine Roitfeld.
