ISIS Killed 45 People in Yemen

At least 45 people were killed and other 60 are severely wounded after a terrorist attack against the Aden government.


According to Reuters, a Doctors Without Borders spokesmen stated that more than 60 people were brought the local hospital and other 45 died shortly after.


Officials from the security forces revealed the attacker drove a car bomb into a group of recruits, who were preparing to travel to Saudi Arabia to fight in Yemen’s northern border area.


The Republic of Yemen became one of the world’s bloodiest war zones, where the internationally recognized government and a Saudi-led coalition against the rebels and army units loyal to a former president.


In addition, the Muslim state becomes a home for various terrorist organizations including Al-Qaeda and ISIS.


According to witnesses, the incident took place near two schools and a mosque and the death toll from the attack could rise.


“Security services are still evacuating the dead and wounded” from the site, announced one of the officials.


Apparently, the Islamic State leaders claimed responsibility for the horror attack.


The city of Aden is a temporary headquarter for the Yemen government until things are entering into a smoother path for the country.


During the civil war, more than 9,000 people died. Unfortunately, most of them were civilians. More than three million residents have been displaced inside the country, the Arab world’s poorest.


The Saudi Ministry of Defense plans to train 5,000 fighters and send them to border cities of Najran and Jizan.
