Michael Jackson’s famous ranch, Neverland, has hit the market again. This time, the estate features a much better price.
According to Los Angeles Times, the estate has now a new name and a new price tag. The late singer’s property is entitled Sycamore Valley Ranch.
Last year, the estate was estimate at one hundred million dollars, now it is roughly 67 million.
The property was bought by the late artist at the end of the 80’s and features an impressive space, 2.700 acres. But what makes it really outstanding is the zoo and the amusement park.
The property features a huge cinema, a dance studio, a barn and a firehouse. A vineyard and horse ranch are also available. The main house is pretty impressive, with more than four bedrooms, swimming pool and places perfect for playing Tennis and other sports.
Of course, the fact that this estate was once the Pop King’s is definitely something that make many interested. The singer and his kids lived here for quite some while.
Unfortunately, they had to move out in 2005 after a huge scandal and a trial that accused him of child molestation hit the family. Jackson was acquitted in this monstrous case.
A few years later, it was reported that the singer sold it to a company for more than twenty million dollars. The investment company, Colony Capital, bought it as Jackson was experiencing serious financial issues.
After the artist suddenly passed away, his estate went through a massive change. The firm started to slowly add improvements and eventually, changed its name.
Maybe they will have more luck into selling it this time.
