Usher infected one of his former girlfriends with genital herpes: the woman won the lawsuit against the singer who was forced to pay up $1.1 million

Only a restrained circle of friends know that Usher suffers from an incurable and contagious disease

According to some court documents, between 2009 and 2010, the artist was diagnosed with genital herpes and now his former girlfriend filed a lawsuit against him because they had unprotected sex and Usher failed to mention that he is suffering from genital herpes.

Now, the woman is infected with the same virus and urges her former boyfriend to pay.

Seven years ago Usher found out that he is carrying the nasty virus and the fact that he refused to tell his former girl that he is a carrier might get the singer into some really severe problems.

Apparently, the lawsuit was eventually won by the woman because in the US having unprotected sex with someone while you are carrying a sexually transmittable disease and not mention anything about it is a severe felony.

Therefore, the R & B legend paid up no less than $1.1 million in order to get rid of the accusations.

Meanwhile, the identity of the woman is being protected and Usher has not made any public statements yet on this subject.

It is known, however, that the artist contracted the disease in 2009 or 2010, around the time of he divorced from Tameka Foster, who accused him of infidelity.

As far as we know, Tameka has not been exposed to the disease and his current wife, Grace Miguel is 100% healthy.
