A woman was caught by the airport security staff while she struggled to smuggle 102 iPhones

The “smartphones dealer” attached the terminals to her back and covered them with an improvised and tied piece of spandex and several layers of clothing.

According to the authorities, the woman planned to cross the Hong Kong border to China when she was detained by the officers.

The guards pooled the woman over because she was wearing a strange outfit: a wool sweater over a shirt, despite the fact in the airport it was very hot.

When they asked her to go through the metal detector, the officers were shocked to discover that she was carrying 102 phones.

So, why she was smuggling iPhones and not drugs or other forbidden substances?

The response is quite simple: the Apple terminals are over the top expensive in the state previously controlled by the UK.

In January 2017, a man was caught while he was trying to hide 94 iPhones and to cross the border to China.

In addition to the iPhones, the woman was also carrying 15 Tissot luxury watches.

Border officers said they were extremely surprised by the huge number of terminals stuck to the woman’s torso and claim that this is the biggest catch ever.

Since she was not a big or muscly person, it is incredible that she was able to carry such an incredible weight and, in the same time, to wear that wool sweater.
