Sofia’s legal battle with her former fiancée is super serious and it seems is not going to end soon

The lawsuit was initiated by Nick Loeb, who is currently struggling to obtain the “custody” of two of Sofia’s embryos.

During the period Nick and Sofia formed a couple they wanted to become parents really really bad, especially Nick.

In order for Sofia to carry on with her career without taking a break, the former pair decided to freeze her embryos and, maybe, hire a surrogate in the near future.

Meanwhile, Nick and Sofia started to not get along that well and, eventually, they went separate ways.

Before the rupture, however, a doctor revealed that the embryos are two little girls, for who they even had chosen names: Emma and Isabella.

While her former fiancée was determined to turn the embryos into his daughters, Sofia initiated a lawsuit to stop the process,

So, practically, the beautiful Latina says the faith of the embryos should be decided only by Nick.

Moreover, Sofia is now married to Joe Manganiello, so she would like her future children to be conceived with their husband and not with her former boyfriend.

On the other side, Nick stated in court that he has already developed a strong emotional bond with his two unborn little girls – whom he wants to bring to the world.

The trial has been going on for nearly two years, and now it seems that Sofia has clear chances to win, after she has just brought clear evidence that Nick would have liked his ex-girlfriend to have a miscarriage.

Furthermore, Sofia says that, in reality, Nick wants to use the embryos to get revenge.
