A seven-year-old from Syria named Bana Alabed documented on Twitter her everyday struggle on how it is to live a conflict zone.

Since Bana and her mother are spending most of their time indoors, the toddler watched all the Harry Potter movies and loved every single one of them.

According to Huffington Post, Bana became so attached to the series she talked about her new passion on social media.

Her post about the Harry Potter series became so viral it ended on the newsfeed of popular author J.K Rowling.

Rowling was so touched by Bana’s story that she decided to gift her with all her Harry Potter novels. Shortly after the post went viral on social media, an employee of the author contacted Bana and her mother. After a few days, the books were sent at Bana’s home in Aleppo.

The little girl was so happy and grateful for the kind gesture. She ended up making a special post for J.K Rowling, in which she thanks the author for the fantastic books.

‘My friend @jk_rowling how are you? Thank you for the books, love you from #Aleppo. – Bana’, was the message posted by little Bana on social media.

She also attached the most touching image in which she holds a poster with the author’s name and a little red heart.

Bana and her mother Fatemah are sharing their everyday life on a microblogging platform, whenever they have an available internet connection.  Her Twitter page has nearly 58.000 followers.
