Back pain is a common symptom nowadays, that we no longer give importance to until it becomes too strong.


Most jobs involve sitting at the office for 8-9 hours a day. The rest of day they we are not very active either. More and more young people are suffering from back pain and the problem continues to worsen as we age, because of our sedentary lifestyle.


There are several ways you can get rid of back pain, but most people do not solve the symptoms. Fortunately, it has been discovered a method that relieves pain in just a minute.


The principle underlying this method is simple. Our body is made up of three main pillars that must be aligned properly to avoid back pain: the abdomen, the back and buttocks muscles and shoulders.


  1. Stand with your feet at a distance of 20-30 cm and look forward.

  2. Inhale, then pull your belly inside when you exhale, straining your abdominal muscles.

  3. Tighten your buttocks muscles. Bring the coccyx inwards as much as possible to alleviate your spine.

  4. For as long as you stay in this position, pull your shoulders back, then down.

This position will seem extremely uncomfortable and even more painful, but this is a sign that it’s really working.


Correcting our postures is very difficult because we are too accustomed to the incorrect position  that causes deformities.


Experts say the method above should be performed several times a day until your body regains its correct posture.


An even better news is that such a posture can determine weight loss. When the body is in an incorrect position, it automatically produces hormone cortisol, which further contributes to fattening.
