The former Playboy bunny was sentenced to 30 days of community service after she published the most disturbing image on social media.

Dani published the photo from her gym’s locker room and in the background there is an older, naked woman while preparing to take a shower.

The blonde posted the photo on her Snapchat account in 2016, captioning: ‘If I cannot overlook this, then you certainly cannot’.

After months of disagreeing, the famous model reached an agreement with the Los Angeles Prosecutor’s Office, despite the fact the US authorities considered her action to be “an invasion of intimacy”.

Dani Mathers decided not to appeal against the decision

Playmate of the Year in 2015, the American star had to choose between a 45-day prison sentence and 30 days of community service.

Obviously, she went for the second option suggested by the judge.

Under the agreement signed with the Prosecutor’s Office, Dani Mathers will remain three years under probation and she will no longer use her mobile phone “in places where there are people naked or in areas where they expect to have privacy”.

Also, the star is no longer allowed to publish images of anyone without their permission and must destroy all copies of the “humiliating” image from 2016.

The same agreement stipulates that Dani Mathers will never approach a distance less than 100 meters from her “victim”.

Following the 2016 incident, the sports hall in question, L.A. Fitness, canceled Dani Mathers’s subscription and her membership card.
