Three very disturbed women repeatedly raped the 23-year-old from South Africa before abandoning him in a deserted area, writes Daily Mail.

After they kidnapped the 23-year-old, the women took him in an unknown location and for three days they sexually abused him repeatedly.

‘The three suspects forced him to drink energy drinks before raping him several times a day’, revealed police spokesperson Colette Weilbach.

The victim woke up in a single-bed room and he was abandoned at the outskirts of Pretoria.

Naked, he finally managed to convince someone to give him a ride to the nearest police station.

South African officials claim sexual abuse on both women and men reached an alarming level in South Africa in the last two years.

The data shows 500.000 victims are being raped annually in this country.

Rees Mann, the representative of the Association of Surviving Men of Sexual Abuse in Upper Africa, stated that most victims are men.

‘Male victims report sexual abuse more than once because the police doesn’t take them seriously’, said the man.
