Michael Jackson’s youngest officially changed his name

Recently, 15-year-old Blanket Jackson became Bigi Jackson because he was too embarrassed by the name his late father gave him.

Why Bigi?

Bigi originates from Germany and, according to some inside sources MJ’s youngest chose this particular name because symbolizes idealism and sensitivity.

And it’s also Blanket’s nickname since he was a little boy.

The teenager became a more confident person since he recommends himself as Bigi, because, according to him, the new name sounds more… serious.

Bigi is Michael Jackson’s only child who avoided the spotlight and he is extremely shy when it comes to meeting new people.

The 15-year-old is currently attending a private school in Los Angeles and he is passionate about sports and movies.

Bigi was born by a surrogate, whose identity was not revealed by the artist

The teen lives with grandmother Katherine Jackson in Calabasas, California.
