After spending most of his life in front of the cameras, Brad Pitt is turning his attention towards the hotel industry, preparing the most luxurious project all the way on the Adriatic coast of Croatia.

The small town of Zablece, about an hour drive from Split, is the place that Brad Pitt has picked up to build his new luxury resort.

The resort will, allegedly, include a luxury hotel, various villas, a golf course, high-end stores and restaurants, writes the European press.

According to estimates, the entire project will cost more than $1.5 billion.

Earlier this month, the Hollywood star was spotted at Zadar airport in Croatia.

Shortly after he landed in Zadar, he took a boat to reach Zablace along the coast of Dalmatia.

Brad Pitt spoke about Croatia in the past, labeling it as the most beautiful country he has ever visited, according to eveningstandard.co.uk.

According to the same source, the massive project also includes a school and a clinic.

Meanwhile, Brad already picked up a very talented Croatian architect to run the project, in collaboration with the Swiss investment fund TFI Holding, who is willing to put $70 million on the table in order to turn Brad’s vision into a reality.
