According to the LA Times recent report, the singer sold his Westwood fancy apartment. In the report is stated that the condo had “hardwood and marble floors, high ceilings and an upgraded kitchen with a custom backsplash. Walls of windows bring in natural light and city views.”

Psy bought the condo for 1,25 million dollars four years ago, when he became a star after his song “Gangnam Style” went viral and became a huge hit all over the world. The building, a full-service high-rise was built in 1989 and is called the Blair House. The apartment has living and dining rooms, a den, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with almost 2,800 feet of living space. It also has a large walk in close and extended private balconies.

The unit was initially put on the market in March for 2,499 million dollars, the price going down to 2 million before the sale. The deal was done by Scott Hillenbrand of the John Aaroe Group with Mercer Vine’s Brian Griffin representing the buyer.

Psy, 38 years old, has released seven studio albums, most recently “Chiljib PSY-Da” last year. His video for “Gangnam Style” has received more than 2.71 billion hits on YouTube, earning the artist several Guinness world records.

According to Korea Times in 2013, Psy earned more than 40 million dollars in 2012 via sales through concerts, TV commercials, and social media revenue through his hit song Gangnam Style, while his estimated personal income in 2012 was 28 million dollars under his contract with YG Entertainment.
