Facebook pop-up stores are now a thing. They are located in airports or malls. Facebook tries to make customers experience virtual reality and maybe even buy devices.

This is one of the hottest trend in technology at the moment.

The stores are meant to show customers how these devices work, as it is pretty tough to explain.

Cities like New York, Denver, San Diego and Phoenix are beneficiating from these stores that will be open until the end of January.

The virtual reality gear is tested by many curious customers, that are impressed with this new technology. The headset is created by Oculus, owned by Facebook and its partner, Samsung.

The devices are used with Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

Facebook declared that virtual reality “provides an incredible sense of presence”. The firm wanted to make its customers experience the amazing use of virtual reality and sense its power.

At the display in Denver’s airport, many travelers stopped to test the new technology. They watched an experience that lasted for two minutes. They were carried across the universe, stars, reality mingled with fantasy, basketball players, a boat ride and then a circus.

Customers were enchanted by the experience. John exclaimed “Whoa” as he enjoyed a Jurassic-Park experience.

52-year-old, Robin, told all her acquaintances about the Facebook display after she experienced it in Denver.

Videos can give dizziness to the ones trying the VR gear. Each kiosk across the airport has a rail for safety grab and employees make sure to keep an eye on the users wearing the goggles.
