On 6th February, Her Majesty Elizabeth II marks another historical event in her life

The Queen becomes England’s most long-lived monarch, celebrating 65 years of reign.

If you think Her Majesty will celebrate this unique moment in a special way, find out she doesn’t have any plan.

In addition, she will not score any public appearance, celebrating this special day behind closed doors.

Apparently, she didn’t book any official duty because she preferred to get a day off.

This is understandable, considering this historical event coincides with her father’s death, King George the VI.

Most probably, the Queen will commemorate the late king in private and she will join Prince Philip at Sandringham.

Speaking on this occasion, the Queen doesn’t consider 6th February a special occasion because her reign is a consequence of her father’s death.

We recall King George the VI died in his sleep in 1952 due to a coronary thrombosis

On 6th February 1952, the Queen switched the ‘princess’ status to become Great Britain’s new queen.

Queen Elizabeth the II adapted remarkably during her reign, in which she encountered no less than 13 Prime Ministers, since Winston Churchill to David Cameron.

She greeted 12 American presidents, thousands of kings, state leaders, prime ministers and other diplomats.

Many experts believe she saved the monarchy, managing public scandals generated by her own children.

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philipp have four children together. Three of them experienced traumatic divorces.

The discretion and modesty are the Queen’s characteristics.
