Sally Yates was removed from her position as United States Deputy Attorney General on Monday.

Sally Yates is part of the Obama Administration.

The politician infuriated Donald Trump after she refused to defend his executive order.

“Yates betrayed the Department of Justice”

“Refusing to apply an order meant to protect the citizens of the United States”, declared the White House in a press release quoted by AFP.

“President Trump dismissed Sally Yates from the position and named Dana Boente as interim minister”, suggested the report.

A senatorial committee will decide on Tuesday if senator Jeff Sessions (Donald Trump’s choice for the Justice Department) is the right choice.

A voting will take place in the Senate.

On Monday, the minister of justice from Washington, Bob Ferguson filed a complaint against the presidential decree, which according to him, is against the American Constitution.

Donald Trump signed the executive order on Friday.

The new law bans citizens from seven Muslim countries (Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen) to enter the U.S. territory.

His trenchant decision generated a massive wave of criticism and protests in his country and across the globe.

In December, three top psychiatry experts wrote Barack Obama.

Apparently, the professors are extremely concerned about Donald Trump’s mental health.

According to the experts from Harvard, Obama should’ve required a “medical and neuropsychiatric evaluation” of the new president.

Unfortunately, this is just the beginning…
