Trump banned immigrants to come to the US and people are not happy about it. Hollywood isn’t taking it too well too. At the Sag Awards on Sunday night, the celebrities blasted the president.

In their speeches and not only, the actors expressed their disappointment and angriness.

As she accepted her award for best actress, Emma Stone didn’t forget to point at the current situation. She confirmed that she, amongst many other people, care about the country and the people.

Hit-series “Stranger Things” won the awards for Best Ensemble. The cast were all on stage. David Harbour was the one to deliver the speech, while he was supported by his co-stars.

“It’s hard to celebrate”, started the actor. “We are united in that we are all human beings. We will repel bullies, we will shelter freaks and outcasts, we will hunt monsters,” continued Harbour.

Ashton Kutcher opened the ceremony night. In his speech, he mentioned the immigrants, who belong in “my America”. He manifested his anger freely.

Kerry Washington, who has constantly voiced her opinion on Trump and human rights, took the stage to point that they are “activists.”

The “Big Bang Theory” star, Simon Helberg and his wife sported a sign. His wife had the words “Let them in” written on her chest, while Helberg held a sign with: “Refugees welcome.”

Since the president signed the executive order on Friday, people have been mad about it. Protests are held all over the country.

Celebrities responded not only at the awards last night, but on their social media accounts. Some of them joined the protesters.
