The research was conducted by the scientists at the Wisconsin University.


According to them, the Americans have conducted a series of tests on macaques, that have similar genes to humans in a proportion of 93%.

The researchers have recommended reducing the intake of calories and cutting off the list the evening meals.

According to the scientists at the Center for Biomedical Research of Louisiana, due to reducing the daily food consumption and, consequently, the daily intake of calories, about 25% of the people who took part in this study managed to lose weight.


Also, their sleep quality improved, as well as their mood and all the vital body functions.


So, in order to stop eating that much you should:


  • Stop eating in front of your laptop or TV!

  • Only enjoy snacks under 100 calories!

  • Don’t keep food anywhere near your working place!
