A law regarding abortions was just approved in Arkansas. It will allow rapists to sue their victims in case they want to have an abortion.

If the rapists don’t want them to have an abortion, they can do something about it. This will also be available for the spousal rapes.

Another law that is entitled “the Unborn Child Protection From Dismemberment Abortion Act” will not give women the possibility to have an abortion in the second trimester.

Men can also sue the doctors that participated in these illegal abortions.

The Republican government of the state approved the law.

Any kind of surgery that involves abortion is forbidden.

A D&E procedure consists of the fetus being removed by using surgical instruments. According to doctors, this is the safest method to abort. In Arkansas, this will be an illegal action.

The ones that will perform it can get imprisoned for six years or can get a fine of $10,000.

If a man, who is presumably the father, does not want his wife to get an abortion, can sue the doctor.

If the woman is minor, her parents or guardians will be able to forbid her to get an abortion.

Andy Mayberry is one of the representatives that supports the law. He thinks the procedure is “gruesome” and “barbaric.” He is part of an organization that supports life.

The founder of Arkansas Abortion Support Network could not believe this really became a law.
