What is the mysterious ‘big time’ discovery made by NASA?

NASA is preparing this major press conference on Wednesday and they will take advantage to present a huge ‘discovery made beyond our solar system’.

The announcement generated a wave of speculations and the Occidental press believes NASA will reveal something about a planet similar to Earth, capable of sustaining life.

As reported by the Telegraph, in the last two years, the astronomy experts studied this issue a lot.

NASA analyzed every single detail, especially the exoplanets that surround other stars.

So far, the results were quite irrelevant and the American spatial agency refused to offer other clues.

The first planet similar to Earth is Kepler-186f. The planet has a rocky structure and similar dimensions to our planet.

However, it seems the guys from NASA used the Kepler spatial telescope to localize other similar and unknown planets.

NASA announced the beginning of the year, during a press conference, that 1284 new planets were discovered and at least nine of them orbit their stars at a ‘distance that can make life possible’.

‘One of the most important questions of all times is if we are, or not, alone in the Universe.

We live in an era that can provide us with the answer, with scientific arguments.

The first sign is these exoplanets’, declared the chief of the Astro-physics department of NASA Paul Hertz.

Until now, the American space agency identified 3449 extra-solar planets in 2577 different star systems.

Apparently, 348 of these extra-solar planets are quite similar to Earth.
