A Spanish fashion house shocked the front rowers from New York’s Fashion Week

Although it seems unbelievable Alejandro Gómez Palomo did it.

He left everybody with their mouths wide-open. The 24-year-old designer who graduated from London College of Fashion had an ultimate goal: to change our perception regarding clothes.

According to the young artist, there should be no boundaries between men and women fashion.

He certainly reflected that in his Fall-Winter 2017/18 collection.

“I feel that boys need to discover different ways to wear clothes that we haven’t been able to wear up until now”, declared the Spanish designer.

He used lace and other delicate fabrics

Alejandro used delicate Chantilly lace and leather. His collection included corsets, leather thigh-high boots, and satin feathered dresses.

According to him, lots of his male friends are buying statement pieces from the women collection because they are not able to find such items in the male area of the stores.

“I project what I desire and then I bring it to my own universe. Like ‘Let’s take it to a different level and fantasize a bit more in the way they dress,’ ” added Palomo for Vogue.

With only two fabulous collections, Alejandro Gomez Palomo managed to catapult his brand into the fashion elite.

He started with typical men clothes but he always yearned to launch the craziest pieces meant to reflect his real taste in fashion.

The designer lives in Posadas, his hometown. He is constantly traveling to Madrid, where his friends and his work are.
