It seems like the first thing that you start your morning with is the key to living longer. Scientists have come to the conclusion that caffeine is linked to longevity.

The one responsible for the discovery is the Stanford University School of Medicine.

In time, caffeine might combat diseases linked to the heart and aging. This is definitely good news for the coffee addicts.

The team published their study in January.

Over the period of a few years, the team kept a close eye on over one hundred people. What coffee does is fight the inflammatory process. The ones who drink it in larger quantities can have more success in fighting it.

The author of the research is David Fuhrman. He thinks that over ninety per cent of the diseases that are infections nor transmissible are linked to this process. Cancer is one of these diseases. According to data, more than 75 per cent deaths are caused by such illnesses.

After some studies, scientists found out that people had more of this inflammatory process than free radicals.

After their study involving caffeine, researchers found out that it has a strong connection with a low level of the inflammatory protein.

The author adds that coffee is something that people like and since it’s also healthy, it’s a win-win situation.

Not only that coffee makes you live longer, but it gives you energy and lightens up your mood. It’s one of the most popular beverages around the world.

Now you have no excuse to skip your morning coffee.
