Nick Cannon started a whole rant about the network where he worked at in the past years.

Now, he revealed he is done for good with the show that airs on NBC.

On Monday, Mariah Carey’s ex took to Facebook to announce his departure. He said that although he is sad to leave, he can’t deal anymore with the threats he has been receiving from the executives.

The threats occurred after he made a racial joke on live TV. He says that he can’t work for a network where he does not feel free to express himself. He doesn’t like to be censored and does not accept his “cultural choices” to be questioned.

Cannon claims this is the first time something like this happens. His actions have been judged harshly before by the executives.

The 36-year-old says that he doesn’t want to go through this.

The executives threatened him with termination.

Cannon was featured in seven seasons on the show. Next month, the 12th season airs, but it looks like he won’t be there.

He received backlash after his joke in a show that aired last Friday. The comedian thought his show would be a blast and the executives would like it, but apparently, they did not.

Nick reveals he felt constrained by the show. They tried to steal his nature, his “N*** card” and that can’t go unnoticed.

At the end, he adds that the network hates Black people. The executives accused him of ruining their brand’s name.

He finishes by saying that he won’t be treated like property by no one else.
