‘A Walk to Remember’ has mini-reunion

The beloved cast of the movie had a mini reunion this weekend to the delight of their fans.

Mandy Moore, co-star Shane West and Adam Shankman, the director, all met and took a picture in the honor of it. Of course, this had to be shared with their fans.

The actress, who played Jamie Sullivan, posted the picture on Instagram. She captioned it with: “These two gentlemen are still some of the best around.” She said she was overjoyed by spending some time with them again.

The movie has a special place in her heart.

The three met on Sunday evening. They took dinner together after the Super Bowl.

The director also said something about their little reunion. He reposted the photo and captioned it with a line from the film. Fifteen years later and their love is still in the wind. This must have raised some good memories to fans.

The film premiered in 2002. Fans can’t believe fifteen years passed. It was the favorite movie of every teenage girl at that time and seriously made everyone weep.

The romantic, but dramatic story of Jamie, who died in the end, and Landon Carter, melted everyone’s hearts.

Like the other stories created by Nicholas Sparks, this one had a catch to the public too. Most of the writer’s novels were transformed in successful movies: “Safe Heaven”, “The Last Song”.

This reunion must have made some emotional. The photo received more than 1,400 comments, most of them from die-hard fans. This must’ve made some go and watch again the film.
