The supermodel was actually planning to become a lawyer, but she changed her mind and started her career in the modeling world in the 80s.

She appeared on the big screens in a popular advertisement of Tab Cola, which propelled her on world’s most important catwalks.

Moreover, Elle was five times on the cover of Sports Illustrated since 1986. Three years later, Time magazine started calling her Elle – The Body.

Tyra Banks

She became a part of the modeling world at 15 years. Just a few years after, she moved to Milan to pursue her successful career.

Tyra was the first black woman who appeared on the cover of Victoria’s Secret and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Supermodel did not only made a career in fashion. She is also an actress, starring alongside Will Smith in “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”.
