The film that has dethroned Wonder Woman by hitting $53.5 million at the box office

Cars 3 is currently occupying the first position in the box office rankings across North America and Canada, scoring no less than $53.5 million in its first screening weekend.


In the third part of the animated franchise, the famous red-and-yellow car, McQueen, must face a very challenging competition and a group of extremely powerful rivals.


McQueen must the adequate find solutions to surpass them in order not to be forced to abandon the race.


Wonder Woman, starring actress Gal Gadot, dropped to the second position in the North American box office in its third weekend, with $40.7 million.


The film, inspired by the comic book universe, portrays the new adventures of Amazonian Princess Diana.


Newcomer, All eyez on me, debuted on the third place with $27 million


Directed by Benny Boom, this biography is dedicated to the life and career of American rapper Tupac Shakur.


The film was supposed to be released in 2016 to mark the 20th anniversary of the artist’s death following a gun shuffle in Las Vegas.


“The Mummy,” starring Tom Cruise, lost two positions and dropped to the fourth, earning $13.9 million in the second screening weekend in North America.


Another new film released last weekend, 47 Meters Down, debuted to the fifth place with $11.5 million.


The film tells the story of two sisters stuck in a shark cage place on the bottom of the ocean whose cable has broken.
