Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk attended a summit on Monday in Dubai. The business mogul informed that in a few years, machines will be taking over the world.
He thinks that as the artificial intelligence is advancing more and more, the only way to cope with it is by introducing it in machines.
In time, he says that robots will be able to do more and more jobs and they will do it better than us.
Musk thinks that the only way to reach a mix between the machine and human intelligence is by creating a special device.
Of course, that his argument makes sense as computers work way faster than our brains.
Musk, like many others, thinks that the rate of unemployment will reach in a few years its peak. Reports say that in a few years, machines will completely steal our jobs. But, what would Musk do about unemployment?
The CEO thinks that in time a universal income should be created.
According to data, manual jobs will disappear. The number of jobs that consist in driving will also decrease. Self-driving cars are becoming more and more common and this technology keeps on improving.
About the universal income, Switzerland already proposed it recently. The idea was voted against, but leaders from across the world liked the sound of it.
The former US president thought that this would be a reason to debate in the following twenty years.
Some think that people should be prepared ahead for the change that is going to occur, they will have to get used to a universe controlled by artificial intelligence.
