Judge blocks Trump"s immigration ban

A judge from Seattle just blocked the president’s ban on immigrants, but only temporarily. James Robart is a judge from the US district.

On Friday, he urged a national enforcement to block the ban. Earlier this week, Bob Ferguson, sued the executive order signed by the president. Robart supports him.

The restraining order asked by Ferguson was approved by the judge. Any federal workers will be forbidden to approve the order.

Ferguson says that the president broke the constitution and “no one is above the law, not even the president.”

Other judges were against, saying that the executive order was meant to secure the land.

The White House plans on fighting back. It will defend the executive order signed by the president, which is indeed lawful, and reject the “outrageous order.”

The press secretary revealed the plans in a statement he released on Friday evening. The president, with the constitutional authority invested in him, wanted this law to protect the country and its people.

Trump also responded to Ferguson’s request. As usual, he responded via Twitter. “The opinion of this so-called judge, which essentially takes law-enforcement away from our country, is ridiculous and will be overturned!”

Jay Inslee also responded and called Robart’s block a victory and believes they are fighting on the right side.

Many other officials are happy about Robart’s success.

James Robart has an impressive career. He worked with refugees before, pro bono. He helped people as many times as he could. He also supports the “Black lives matter” movement.
