Aleksandra Woronieka will be the next fashion director of the most popular fashion magazine in the world. Vogue Paris will welcome her on February 22.
Emmanuelle Alt, who is the editor-in-chief, was the ones that chose her.
Earlier last month, Susanne Koller left the position.
Woronieka has a pretty impressive career and has scored top posts. She worked for ‘Vogue Italia’, for ‘L’Uomo Vogue’ and ‘Dutch’, all as a stylist. She has been linked to Vogue Paris before, as a stylist as well.
It looks like she is ready for a change.
She has been editor-in-chief too once, for the magazine called “Rebel”. She had this position for quite some while, for five years.
She a connoisseur of fashion, with a great deal of experience. Having her at Vogue will be great.
She worked both in New York and Paris, one of the best places for fashion.
As a fashion director, she worked at ‘M le Monde’, a newspaper based in France.
Woronieka is born in France. She studied at the University of Paris X. Her fashion career started with ’20 Aris’, where she was a stylist assistant.
Even though she studied linguistics, communication and others, fashion was her choice and she brought a brand-new touch.
Her approach has been referred to as fresh and full of creativity. Fashion has been a huge part of her life.
Her role at Vogue is really important, but she will raise to the expectations. The magazine announced her arrival on their site.
