Prince William and Kate to visit Paris after 20 years

In the light of the terrible accident that brought Princess Diana’s death, her oldest son hasn’t visited the location in more than 20 years.

On a terrible day in August 1997, Princess Diana, who was loved by everyone, passed away. She was involved in a car crash with her rumored boyfriend.

Prince William was so devastated, that he hasn’t visited Paris, the place where his mother died, in the last almost twenty years. His younger brother, Harry, did visit the French capital as he was engaged in some activities.

William and the Duchess of Cambridge will visit Paris next month and will spend two days there.

This year, there will be twenty years since she passed away. This is definitely a big step for her son, who must still feel her loss.

The visit is requested by the Foreign Office. They will attend a formal dinner and a reception with young leaders.

The couple will also attend a rugby game.

This will be the first official visit, but the Prince did go there for sport related engagements.

It is not known if their two children will join them, but as the trip is a brief one, they will probably not.

Diana’s death was a shock for everyone, especially for her two boys. She was only 36 years old. Everyone was incredibly saddened. Queen Elizabeth did not attend the funeral, thing which brought a lot of controversy.

Her two boys tried to preserve her memory. Princess Kate resembles her a lot, with her kind attitude.
