The companies that stand against the immigration ban

Since the president signed the executive order, various companies expressed they are against it and will take measures.

Tech companies are some of them. Big ones, like Apple and Google, filed a brief against the refugee ban.

Many officials fight against the ban and companies, 97 more precisely, decided to engage in this fight.

One of the reasons they got involved is how the ban affects them, their “operations.”

The document says that this order contradicts the rules that were present in the United states in the last fifty years: fairness, “predictability”.

Not only this, but the economic situation will get worse. The businesses are already affected and such giants could not accept it.

This ban can represent an impediment for them to hire employees from these states and some of them are brilliant. The loss cannot be accepted.

Starting from huge retailers, to tech companies, to networks, social media and many others, all took a measure against the ban.

Netflix is on the list amongst Apple, Google, Facebook, eBay Inc, Pinterest and the list goes further.

Although Amazon doesn’t appear on the list, it did support the document.

Tesla is also a no-show after its CEO showed he has some kind on inclination to Trump. He plans on working with the president.

Several courts across US and the most important one, in Washington, filed lawsuits to block the ban. Trump is furious and vows to fight back. The White House already fights for stopping the courts.

He won’t like, for sure, the document filed by these companies.

If things continue lie this, Trump will have his ban gone in no time at all.
