The Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton officially won the last debate against her rival, the Republican Donald Trump.
The debate ended with a 13% difference (52% vs. 39%), which is the smallest difference from all the confrontations so far, reported CNN on Thursday.
After the first debate held on September 26, 62% of the Americans supported Clinton and 27% were planning to vote for Trump (a difference of 35 points). Meanwhile, after the second confrontation held on October 9, the difference was reduced to 23 points ( 57% to 34%), favoring the Democrats.
For those who watched the last debate on Wednesday evening, 50% believe that Hillary Clinton is the best choice when it comes to a better management of the economy and 49% believe the former reality star will manage the immigration issue a lot better than his Democratic rival.
However, 47% believe that Trump was more honest during the last debate, while the rest of 46% viewers said that Hillary Clinton was more open and willing to take chances.
After the first debate regarding this subject, the Democratic candidate was leading the confrontation with a difference of 13% (53% to 40%).
The ORC poll was conducted by the American network CNN after the debate was finalized. For the poll, the CNN worked with 547 respondents, having a 4%.margin of error.
According to CNN, the participants were originally interviewed as part of an October 15-18 telephone survey of a random sample of Americans.
