Comedian Kevin Meaneay dies at 60

Tragedy in the American entertainment industry. Actor and comedian Kevin Meaney, best known as Buck from the popular TV series ‘Uncle Buck’ was found dead in his home, located near New York.
According to the authorities, the stand-up artist was scheduled to appear in a show on Saturday. He was found lifeless a couple of hours before the show.
‘It’s not fair!’, wrote Meaney’s agent on his Twitter page announcing the death of the actor who entertained millions of people during his stand-up moments.
The 60-year-old made his film debut in 1980. His first acclaimed role was in 1986 in a comedy produced by HBO.
During his career, he made numerous guest appearances on The Tonight Show, Late Night with David Letterman, Regis and Kathy Lee, The Oprah Winfrey Show and Conan.
Besides his passion for film and stand-up comedy, Meaney wrote and produced music. He created numerous songs for HBO and Comedy Central with his friend Martin Olson.
Although he publicly announced that he is gay in 2008, he was involved in two marriages. During his youth, he was married to a woman he just met in Las Vegas and their marriage was annulled a couple of days after.
In 2002 he tied the knot with TV producer Mary Ann Halford. Together they have a daughter. In the same year, Meaney announced that he is gay he also filed for divorce.
According to the authorities, he was found unresponsive in his Forestburgh residence on Friday.
