The nuclear project initiated by the Iranian state and other six global powers will not be compromised if Donald Trump wins the U.S presidential election, stated the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran.

On the other hand, the Republican candidate said the nuclear agreement is ‘the worst deal ever negotiated’ claiming the nuclear deal might lead to a literal ‘nuclear holocaust’.

He also admitted that if they would proceed with the project, the annulment of a UN resolution could become tricky.

Donald Trump criticized his rival’s for her contribution to the nuclear project claiming that she prepared the ground for the negotiations which led to the agreement during the period she worked as the Secretary of State.

However, the Iranian CEO Ali Akbar Salehi eliminated the possibility of Trump denying the agreement.

‘I think whoever gets to occupy the Oval Office must act in accordance with the realities ‘, said Akbar in Vienna.

‘You can use many words, but at the end of the day you became constrained by reality’, added the official.

‘I don’t believe the nuclear deal will be affected by Trump. He will go with the insignificant fluctuations. Some aspects might require a delay but the deal will not be affected’, stated Ali.

According to Arutz Sheva, Iranian officials have continuously accused the United States of violating the nuclear deal. In his speech before the UN General Assembly last week, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani blamed “Zionist pressure groups” for playing a part in Washington’s failure to comply with the deal.
