The new state leader of the Filipinos is not very restrained when it comes to obscene gestures in front of foreign diplomats.

Rodrigo Duterte used the most vulgar and offending gesture, while he was mocking the US President and Pope Francis the other days.

‘I have read the condemnation of the European Union. I’m telling them, ‘F**k you,’ Duterte said during a speech.

Recently, during a speech held before a group of executives from Davao City, he sent to EU lawmakers the most disturbing ‘message’, after they made him the main responsible of the critical situation in Philippine, which caused the death of 2,400 innocent people.

During the official meeting, Duterte said he doesn’t care about their proposals and cursed… twice, and then he showed them his middle finger. After he finished the speech, the audience applauded.

Rodrigo Duterte publicly admitted that he doesn’t plan to charge the police officers and civilians, who kill drug dealers.

His war against drug trafficking triggered a wave of extrajudicial murders with the most devastating effects.

The last victims are two children, aged 4 and 5 years. Although he promised in numerous times he will eradicate this problem and swore he will execute 100,000 criminals, his actions speak louder than words.

During his warrant as the mayor of Davao, he adopted a series of unusual sanctions against law breakers.

Last week, during a meeting with the Philippines Senate, a man who claims he Duterte’s right hand he admitted the president paid him to perform the most cruel punishments.
