The United Nations should reconsider North Korea’s role in the global organization, stated the South Korean minister Yun Byung on Thursday.

During his speech at the UN General Assembly meeting, the Seoul diplomat said that Pyongyang ‘completely ridicules’ the UN and the entire world by conducting the ballistic and nuclear tests.

After their fifth nuclear experiment, world organizations plan to impose a set of ‘tough and comprehensive’ sanctions to the Korean state.

‘The numerous violations and non-compliances of North-Korea regarding the UN resolutions and other international standards has no precedent and no equivalent in UN’s history’, insisted the South Korean Minister.

According to Yun Byung, the North Korean regime owns an extremely advanced technology in the nuclear field and the missile manufacturing. The worst part is that Kim Jong-Un threatened various times that he plans to use these weapons.

The negotiations regarding the sanctions were already initiated by UN, but China’s support – North Korea’s main ally – is crucial.

During his UN speech, the Chinese prime-minister Li Keqiang said the Korean peninsula must be cleared from the nuclear weapons, and the best solution is an official negotiation with the Pyongyang government.

On Monday, during the New York summit, Li Kegianq agreed with US President Barack Obama to find more efficient ways to collaborate with UN’s Security Council.

Yun Byung said North Korea had not only advanced its nuclear and missile capacity, but publicly threatened to use those weapons pre-emptively. He said it was the “last chance” to put a brake on its nuclear ambitions.
