The US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has used his charitable foundation to pay fines following trials, seemingly tax regulations contrary facts.

According to the Washington Post, the billionaire regulated through the foundation to pay 258,000 dollars in damages on behalf of amicable regulations, given that his foundation should serve charitable purposes only.

In 2007, for example, the foundation transferred $120,000 to an association of former soldiers in the legislation with the Palm Beach city administration, which has sued Donald Trump because of the irregular height of an American flag on one of its properties.

The Washington Post already examines the accounts of the Foundation for several weeks now and found that Donald Trump has not contributed with any dollar since 2009. In contrast, charity is funded through donations from third parties.

Trump Foundation has, however, paid for transactions that appear to have been the exclusive benefit of its companies or Donald Trump. Purchase for $20,000 at an auction of a portrait of the businessman in 2007 is an example.

‘Obviously, the Trump Foundation is not a charity, as Trump University was not any higher education institution,’ said a spokeswoman for the Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, Christina Reynolds.

‘We urgently need him to disclose their tax returns to see if its fiscal problems also refer to personal finances,’ she added.

The democrats argue that these facts are not sufficiently covered by the media, accused they are too indulgent in how they are dealing with Donald Trump’s personality and past than with Clinton’s.
