Marion Cotillard denies having an affair with Brad Pitt by announcing that she’s pregnant

The actress, accused by the American tabloid that she’s the main responsible for Brad and Angelina’s separation revealed that she is actually expecting her second child.

The 40-year-old revealed the happy news on her Instagram page after she strongly denied the scandalous rumors.

Marion Cotillard is supposed to welcome her second child in December. That means the child was conceived in March, while she was filming in London with Johnny Depp.

‘This is my first and only reaction regarding the events from the last 24 hours, which involved my name. I’m not used to making comments on such subjects, but things went out of control and affected my loved ones.’, explained Cotillard.

The French actress has a long-term relationship with actor and director Guillaume Canet. Together they have a son, named Marcel.

After Brad and Angelina broke the news about their divorce, the press sparked numerous speculations about an alleged affair between Brad and his former co-star. The two played together in ‘Allied’.

The New York Post wrote that Angelina Jolie hired a private detective to keep an eye on her former husband and Marion, while they were filming for ‘Allied’.

‘She felt that he started to flirt with Marion on the set and in the end, she proved she was actually right. That was the final straw’, confessed a source for the American newspaper.

However, another source close to the couple revealed that the separation of the two actors has nothing to do with Marion Cotillard, denying the rumors published in the New York Post.
